The customer has a deadline of 10 business days. To proceed with the return or exchange of your order, please contact the store via email, stating the reason, the invoice number, and the product reference (return or exchange).
Exchange and Return Policy
When the product is delivered to your home, it is important to check the integrity of the packaging with the utmost care. You should indicate on the carrier's Waybill any anomalies detected (e.g., damaged box, wet box, signs that the box has been opened).
Shipping and/or return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. In case of return, the shipping costs borne by Gatorcards, offered on purchases over €100, will be deducted.
Products to be returned must be in perfect condition, complete with all components, accessories, and instruction manual, and properly packaged in their original packaging, with the respective warranty seals and/or protective plastics intact, and showing no signs of actual use. For hygiene and safety reasons, returns of personal use items are not accepted. After receiving the items and verifying them according to the previous item, we will refund the value of the product(s) using the same payment method you used, or if you prefer, a refund voucher will be issued, valid for 90 days, which you can use for a future purchase.
